Designed to support you at any stage of recovery, we offer a comprehensive package fully tailored to you. Focusing on structure and routine, we will work with you on building a manageable meal plan and work on any challenges moving forwards.

Intolerances
& Allergies

In addition to individual sessions, we offer a package designed to support with food allergies & intolerances, including testing for common intolerances and building a meal plan that is non-restrictive.

My Approach

At Nourish, we are actively anti-diet. By working with you and listening to your specific needs and preferences, our aim is to establish an enjoyable relationship with food in a structured way.

Our end-goal is always going to be for our clients to no longer need us, but we will always be here in case you do.

About me

Certified in Diet & Nutrition (AfN & CPD) since 2016, I bring experience in working with clients with disordered eating as well as supporting individual clients who simply want to overhaul their diet in a healthy and non-restrictive way.

Getting Help

We understand that it may be difficult to reach out for support with your eating patterns, especially if you are suffering with disordered eating. Each step of the process is taken very much at your own pace, with ongoing support along the way.
