New allergies and intolerances can cause a lot of confusion and uncertainty, with your go-to meals perhaps becoming out-of-bounds. You may have concerns about how to ensure you have a full and varied diet whilst avoiding problem foods.

Our allergies & intolerances package includes 3 sessions as well as a comprehensive test (delivered to your home) for 500+ common allergens. We work together to create a report on any intolerances, and build a long-term plan for sustaining a balanced and non-restrictive diet.

As a supplementary service to this package, we offer a comprehensive range of tests (including thyroid function, iron deficiencies and cholesterol) that can help us to understand our focus points. Tests can be found here​, and requested at any point.

Our package is £200 (£50 for the test & report, and £50 per session).
